Nihahi Ridge is indeed relatively low effort – high reward! I loved that hike SO much. I understand your worries for the smoke, I hope this year will be better than the last years..

What an amaaaazing hike! Especially as it really isn’t much elevation gain for such epic pay off!

It’s such a shame about the smoke. It seems like it is now a yearly occurrence, rather than occasional. I’m really worried for this summer, as we are having so little rain this spring. 🙁
